Resource Environmental, Inc. is seeking subcontractors and suppliers for the Rancho Cucamonga High School Building U. This project
is a multi-prime and REI will be bidding Category 01 - Earthwork, Abatement, & Site Demolition. Possible suppliers needed may include abatement PPE,
equipment rental, and hazardous material trucking/disposal.

The district requires a DVBE participation goal of 3%. REI encourages all DVBE subcontractors and suppliers to submit quotes.

REI is signatory to the laborer's union and all contractors with labor work that would be claimed by Laborers must be signatory to the laborers union
or willing to sign a one-time agreement. REI is not signatory for any other trade.

REI is a union company signatory to laborers. Bonds may be required from all subcontractors with proposals exceeding $100,000. Please provide bond rate with proposal.
