The purpose of this RFP is to inform the private sector of a potential business opportunity to provide a complete customized publishing system for the County of Rockland. The County of Rockland desires to solicit qualified proposals for the traditional municipal lease program of High Speed Digital Production photocopiers for our centralized Reproduction Department, in accordance with this Request for Proposal.
