JMB Construction, Inc. is seeking certified DBE/MBE/WBE subcontractor participation for construction of the EBMUD's Mokelumne Aqueduct No. 2 Relining Phase 2 project. We are seeking quotes for the following items: Trucking, Industrial Coatings, Fabricated Metals, and Asbestos Abatement. Work includes removal and replacement of 5/8"-thick cement mortar lining for approximately 7,500 lf of above ground 67" diameter steel pipe; removal and replacement of pipe spool pieces for cement mortar lining work; installation of new aqueduct manholes for cement mortar lining work; removal and installation of expansion joint packing material; repair 15,500 lf of access roads, install approximately 2,350 lf of access road improvements.
Engineers Estimate is $6.0M to $6.5M
We are available to assist interested subs and vendors with questions regarding scopes of work, interpretation of bid documents, obtaining bonds, insurance and lines of credit or any other technical assistance needed. We can also assist DBE's in obtaining necessary equipment, supplies or materials. We are also available to discuss breaking out portions of work to encourage DBE participation.
