Resource Environmental, Inc. is seeking DVBE subcontractors and suppliers for the Church Demolition Project in Alhambra. The general basic cope of work includes demolition of a district owned structure. Possible suppliers needed may include equipment rental, SWPPPS, and landscape.

The district requires a DVBE participation goal of 3%. REI encourages all DVBE subcontractors and suppliers to submit quotes.

REI is signatory to the laborer's union and all contractors with labor work that would be claimed by Laborers must be signatory to the laborers union
or willing to sign a one-time agreement. REI is not signatory for any other trade. Bonds may be required from all subcontractors with proposals exceeding $100,000. Please provide bond rate with proposal.
