We are requesting bids for the following trades and /or material suppliers:
Asbestos Control Activities, Lead Hazard Control Activities, Paving Concrete Reinforcing, Cast-in-Place Concrete, Structural Steel Framing, Steel Decking,Cold-Formed Metal Framing, Metal Fabrications, Waterproofing, Roofing, Firestopping, Doors, Frames, Hardware,Gypsum Board Painting, Metal Building System, Fire Sprinklers System, Fire Detection and Alarm,Pipe & Valves, Electrical Centrifugal & Chemical Feed Pumps,HVAC,Fencing and Gates,Pipe Insulation, Plumbing,Temporary Chemical Facilities, Polyethylene & FRP Tanks.
Demo and replacement of chemical feed systems. Installation of improvements related.Installation of improvements related to chemical, worker, and environmental safety. Road Construction.

Let us know if you need work items separated into smaller tasks or quantities to allow your participation. We will accommodate requests whenever possible and when economically feasible. Garney Pacific Inc. is looking for quotes for the referenced project. Garney is a union contractor, all subcontractors on the project must utilize union labor. Garney requires that all potential subcontractors are prepared to provide a 100% Payment and Performance Bond from a US Treasury listed Surety Company. Garney will reimburse Subcontractors for the required bond premium, so please provide your bond rate at the time of bid. The decision to bond any or all subcontractors shall be at the sole discretion of Garney Pacific unless the specific project contract documents have other requirements. Please contact us for any insurance, bonding or other project related questions.

Garney Standard PO & Subcontract Forms: Standard Purchase Order and Subcontract documents can be downloaded via the link provided. These documents will be used as the basis of contracting with Garney for the above referenced project. If you have any exceptions to these documents please send redlines and comments with your quote.
