All bid items are open for DBE/MBE/WBE participation, including but not limited to the following:
-Construction area signs
-Traffic control including: temporary K-rail, channelizers, crash cushions and signs
-Portable changeable message signs
-SWPPP
-Street Sweeping
-Clearing & Grubbing and Roadside Clearing
-Coring, cutting and grinding
-Trucking (Flatbeds, Super 10s, End Dump)
-Bar Reinforcing Steel (Furnishing and installing)
-Quality Control
-Fencing and Railing
-Signing
-Striping
-Biologist
-Landscaping (Incl materials - fiber roll, fertilizer, plants mulch .)
-Materials (i.e. asphalt, concrete, RCP, Misc. iron and steel, )

Beador is a Union Contractor and we require Union Subcontractors. Subcontractors will be required to meet Beador� insurance and labor requirements. Subcontractors may be required to provide 100% Payment and Performance Bonds from a surety acceptable to Beador. Beador will reimburse for bond premium not to exceed 1% of subcontract. Per current state regulations, please provide a current DIR number and expiration date with your quote as well as your license number and expiration.

Quotes are required to be in accordance with the plans and specifications and good for the contract duration as specified in the bid documents.
