Site Work:
Parking Lot ‘A’ topping and re-striping. Parking Lot ‘B’ modernization with accessible parking, EV charging, student drop-off area, and chain link trash enclosure. Other site improvements to indicate replacement flagpole, school dedication bell monument, landscape upgrades and related improvements for access compliance.

Administration Building:
Alteration/modernization of existing administration/classroom building to include:
Addition of new office/work spaces within the existing open pod/classroom/ office spaces. Repair of rust corrosion at existing exterior wall panels & alteration of exterior envelope. Upgrade of fire alarm system. Replacement of (3) roof top mounted mechanical units. Related upgrades for access compliance.
