Scope of Work
Demolition and replacement of roofing, insulation and accessories on buildings B, C, and D to roof deck structure involving but not limited to:
a. Removal and replacement of mechanical louvers, sheet metal flashings, roof drains and
select associated piping, and parapet sealants and select painting.
b. New TPO roof
c. Miscellaneous rough carpentry, concrete infill, storm drain piping, light fixture
replacement, acoustical ceiling tiles and fire alarm devices.
d. Abatement of hazardous materials

All subcontracts over $300,000 will require performance and payment bonds.
This project is subject to Project Labor Agreement (PLA) that all
subcontractors will have to agree to. Electrical, mechanical, and plumbing
contractors must be prequalified with the school district.(Including C-10 & C-7).
