The Project is generally described as:
Demolition and replacement of roofing, insulation and accessories on buildings B, C, and D to roof deck structure involving but not limited to:
a. Removal and replacement of mechanical louvers, sheet metal flashings, roof drains and select associated piping, and parapet sealants and select painting.
b. New TPO roof
c. Miscellaneous rough carpentry, concrete infill, storm drain piping, light fixture replacement, acoustical ceiling tiles and fire alarm devices.
d. Abatement of hazardous materials
