We are requesting quotes from qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified DBE firms for the following (but not limited to) pipeline materials, sewer lift station materials, sawcut, paving, dewatering, traffic control, sewer manhole building, SWPPP & BMP’s, fencing, & lift station electrical

This project is subject to Part 26, Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations entitled: "Participation of Disadvantaged Veteran Business Enterprise in Department of Transportation Programs." Subcontracts must be Small Business and must be certified at the time of bid.
