William Charles Construction Company, LLC is seeking participation for MoDOT Project# JST0019. The project is Design Build and will include bridge enhancements including widening, preservation treatments, latex overlay, deck replacement, reconstruction, and realignment for 26 structures. Other improvements include excavation, milling, pavement rubblization, aggregate base, temporary pavement, PCC or HMA pavement, temporary/permanent barrier wall, PCC shoulders, ITS, traffic signals, storm sewer, pavement marking, and landscaping.

Work items include, but are not limited to the following:
Signs • Pavement Marking • Temporary Concrete Barrier Wall • Rock Excavation (blasting) • Guardrail • Fence • Rotomilling • Sawcutting • Jack & Bore •Crushing • Staking & Layout • Landscaping & Erosion Control • Storm Sewer & Utilities • Trucking • Aggregate Supply • Soil Stabilization • Pavement Breaking • Flagging Services • Excavation & Grading • Bridge Construction (rebar, steel erection, crane services, etc.) • Electrical • Environmental • Testing / QA QC

Qualifications/Proposals Are Due on Friday, April 4, 2025. Proposal submittal is needed prior to our bid submittal to MoDOT on Friday, April 18, 2025 to allow for final bid preparation. Please indicate work scopes you intend to quote on the project as soon as possible.
