The work consists of site work, utilities and new building pad, new parking lot, sunken loading dock, new ADA path of travel at adjacent building, emergency generator hookups, landscaping and coordination with the Modular Contractor.

We are seeking quotes from certified DVBE Subcontractors or Material Suppliers for Erosion Control, Survey, Demolition, Caulking and Sealants, Concrete, Earthwork and Grading, Electrical, Landscaping, and Fences and Gates.

The DVBE participation requirement for the project is 3%.
