PURPOSE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)
The purpose of this request for proposal is to enter into a contract with a qualified engineering firm to conduct a traffic study and develop a safety action plan for the Village of Spring Valley. It is anticipated that this RFP may result in a contract award to a single contractor.
