Hat Creek Construction & Materials, Inc. (HCCMI) is seeking quotes from all qualified subcontractors/ suppliers including but not limited to DBE firms for the following items of work: LEAD COMPLIANCE PLAN, TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEM, CONSTRUCTION AREA SIGNS, AUTOMATED FLAGGER ASSISTANCE DEVICES, PORTABLE CHANGEABLE MESSAGE SIGN, JOB SITE MANAGEMENT, PREPARE STORMWATER POLLUTION PREVENTION PLAN, COLD PLANING EXISTING ASPHALT CONCRETE SURFACE, CLASS II AGGREGATE BASE, SHOULDER BACKING, HOT MIX ASPHALT - TYPE A, TACK COAT, CONSTRUCTION STAKING, INERTIAL PROFILER, THERMOPLASTIC TRAFFIC STRIPE - SPRAYABLE, THERMOPLASTIC PAVEMENT MARKING, ROADWAY SIGNAGE, DELINEATORS (CLASS 2) - TYPE E, OBJECT MARKERS (TYPE L-1), REMOVE EXISTING CULVERT, 12-INCH DIAMETER CMP CULVERT, QUALITY ASSISTANCE AND CONTROL TESTING, MOBILIZATION.

required to comply with all In Use Off Road Diesel Vehicle regulations. We will work with any interested subcontractor/supplier to identify opportunities to break items into economically feasible packages. All DBE firms must be certified by bid date.
