We are looking for DVBE businesses to bid on this project as subcontractors. Trades include site demo, earthwork, underground utilities, landscaping, fencing, electrical, low voltage, and fire alarm. The work comprises the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, and equipment required to complete this project as detailed on the plans and in the specifications for this contract. Work to be completed in 194 calendar days.

All contractors must have an active registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). The project is subject to prevailing wage requirements. All subcontractors must have CARB Certificates of Reported Compliance for their fleet of vehicles. All subcontractors must provide insurance with coverage equal to or greater than those shown on, upon request, Ballico Cressey School District's requirements. A certificate of insurance must be issued with VCSI and Ballico Cressey School District listed as additional insured. Link to Plans and Specs can be viewed here:
