Caltrans is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms that may lead to the award of a contract for On-Call Roadway Construction Services.

This contract must meet a 20% DBE goal. Arcadis is seeking the following services in this contract:
- Roadway Construction Inspection and Office Engineering
- Roadway Construction Management

The potential Construction Projects may vary in scope and size, but not limited to, roadway rehabilitation, widening and/or realignment of existing facilities, relocation of existing facilities, and construction of new facilities.
