Mowing: The Vendor will conduct regular mowing cycles within the playing field lines twice (2) a week to maintain grass at appropriate heights of 2.5 inch using a Reel Mower and overseeded fields or 1 to 2 inches using a Rotary Mower for all Competitive Football, Soccer, Baseball, and Softball fields.
Aeration/Topdressing: The Vendor will aerate the field to improve soil compaction and promote healthy grass growth at least three times yearly, once in the Spring (May or June), Mid-Summer, and then in the Fall. If aeration falls outside of these perimeters, core cultivation is highly recommended to relieve sever soil compaction.

Commercial General Liability Insurance: Including Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability, Independent Contractors Liability, Contractual Liability, in an amount not less than $1,000,000, Product Liability and Completed Operations Liability in an amount not less than $2,000,000 combined single limit, per occurrence, and $2,000,000 aggregate.
Workers' Compensation: $1,000,000. If the contractor/vendor has less than 5 employees, a statement on the vendor letterhead should be placed on file. Employers Liability Coverage: $1,000,000. Automobile Liability: For vendors who will drive on District property, Automobile Liability in an amount not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage, including owned, hired and non-owned vehicle coverage.
Professional Liability (Errors & Omissions): Not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and aggregate to be maintained for the duration of the agreement and three years following its termination. Umbrella or Excess Liability Coverage: Not less than $4,000,000 per occurrence and in the aggregate. Cyber Risk Insurance: Not less than $2,000,000 per claim to be maintained for the duration of the agreement and three years following its termination. Environmental Liability: Not less than $2,000,000 per claim and in the aggregate.
