Scopes of work and materials include but are not limited to: site improvements,
Stainless Steel Screen, dielectric coupling, carbon steel casing, gravel pack, cementing, water quality testing, chain link fence furnished and installed, potable water pipeline furnished and installed, trench safety system and program to OSHA standards, air vacuum valve manhole, electrician, SWPPP, all weather access road, seeding, barbed wire fence furnished and installed, and any other portion of work as described in the specifications.

requirements of 33 U.S.C §1388 for federally funded projects or Public Law 114-113, Consolidated
Appropriations Act, 2016, or subsequent appropriations acts.

This contract is contingent upon release of funds from the American Rescue Plan Act. Any contract(s)
awarded under this RFP is/are expected to be funded in full by a grant from the United States
Department of the Treasury.

Bacon prevailing wage requirements apply to the construction, alteration or repair of
projects carried out, in whole or in part, with assistance made available by the ARPA funding.
