Maggiora & Ghilotti, Inc. is requesting quotes from all qualified DBE subcontractors, suppliers and/or trucking firms for the following, but not limited to, items of work:
Survey; SWPPP; QSD/QSP Services; Lead Compliance Plan, Construction Area Signs, Traffic Control System, Temporary Pavement Marking, Channelizer (surface mounted), Portable Signal Systems, Portable Radar Speed Feedback Sign System, Temporary Barrier System, Portable Changeable Message Sign, Temporary Crash Cushion TL-3, Water Pollution Control Program, Temporary Drainage Inlet Protection, Temporary Fiber Roll, Temporary, Reinforced Silt Fence, Street Sweeping, Temporary Concrete Washout, Traffic Stripe Removals, Noise Monitoring, Clearing and Grubbing, Wood Mulch, Duff, Fiber Reinforced Matrix, Rolled Erosion Control Product (netting), fiber Rolls, Hydroseed, Compost, Permanent Erosion Control Establishment Work, Class II Aggregate Base, Hot Mix Asphalt, Tack Coat, Cold Plane Asphalt Concrete Pavement, Soil Nails, Structural Concrete Drainage Inlet, Sculped Shotcrete, Plastic Pipe, Corrugated Steel Pipe, Drill Hole (horizontal drain), Cable Anchorage System, Rock Slope Protection, Miscellaneous Iron and Steel, Object Marker, Midwest Guardrail System, Concrete Barrier (Type 60M, 60MC, 60MD), Thermoplastic Traffic Striping, Dewatering; and Trucking of Import Materials, Rock Rip Rap, and Offhaul.

Project information: Engineer's Estimate: $6,600,000; Contract Duration: Completion of work 300 Working Days plus 250 Work Days for Erosion Control Establishment.
