We are seeking qualified MBE & WBE firms holding active certifications to perform scope of work as follows: Precast Tread & Riser - Concrete Restoration - Fireproofing - Misc. Metals - Netting - Painting - Plumbing - Safety Markings - Sealing.

Scope of work is summarized as follows:

1. Structural and Concrete Repairs:
Concrete repair of overhead, vertical (column and walls) and deep floor spalls on Levels 1 to Roof of the Original Garage and Ground to Roof level of the Garage Addition. Removal of loose concrete at beams and concrete slab edges of the Garage Addition. Replacements to existing concrete treads, support angles, and risers at Staircase D. Clean and paint corroded steel and install netting at the exteriors of the Garage Addition.

2. Expansion Joint Repairs:
Remove and replace expansion joint, where indicated. The Work shall be performed as described in this Section and the Contract Documents. Where requirements differ between what is listed in this Section and the Contract Drawings, the Contract Drawings shall govern. Where requirements differ between what is listed in this Section and the Technical Specifications, the Technical Specifications shall govern.

3. Waterproofing Repairs:
Remove and replace traffic coating, where indicated (Original Garage Helix, Levels 1 to 3), replace/install joint sealants, install penetrating sealant over top level.
