Prepare SWPPP, Erosion Control, Rough and Fine Grading, Storm Drain Infrastructure, Potable Water Infrastructure, Sanitary Sewer Infrastructure, Bioretention Areas, Sports Field, Basketball Court, Shade Structure, Playground/ Fitness Equipment, Fibar Surfacing with Concrete Curb (R) and play areas, Resilient Surfacing with Concrete Curb (R) at Fitness Area, Pedestrian Surfacing �" Asphalt, Vehicular Surfacing �" Asphalt, Pedestrian Surfacing �" Concrete, Vehicular Surfacing �" Concrete, Shade Structure and Concrete Pad, Restroom, Benches, Tables, Trash/ Recycle Receptacles, Dog Waste Station, Drinking Fountain, Sports Equipment and Amenities, Site Lighting and Electrical Systems, Main Electrical Service, Signs and Pavement Markings, including ADA Parking Stalls, Concrete Seat Walls, Concrete Header, Perimeter Fencing and Bollards, Planting, Irrigation System and Booster Pump, Soil Export.

All proposals/quotes should be emailed to the Estimator or faxed to (510) 982-3636 prior to 12:00 PM on the Bid Date. A & B is willing to breakout any portion of work to encourage RBE participation. All subcontractors are required to execute A & B’s standard subcontract agreement and comply with all insurance requirements. A copy of our agreement and insurance requirements are available upon request. At A & B’s discretion, 100% payment and 100% performance bonds may be required. A & B is a union contractor and we are signatory to the Laborers, Carpenters, and Operating Engineers unions.
