Atlas Technical Consultants (CA), Inc. is seeking qualified DBE subconsultants to provide Material Testing and Plant Inspection Services (Work Category Codes C8710, C8720, C8723) in Southern California, particularly District 7.

Specifically, we are seeking qualified personnel who have the following certifications:
- Caltrans Joint Training and Certification Program (JTCP) in Soils & Aggregate, HMA I & HMA II, and ACI

Firms must meet personnel qualifications/requirements as stated in Caltrans RFQ #07A6088.
