The Princeton High School Shop Building project consists of construction of a the shop building including areas for metal and wood shop, one classroom, one restrooms, and an equipment platform above the classroom.

We are seeking quotes from certified DVBE Subcontractors or Material Suppliers for Final Clean, Survey, Caulking and Sealants, Concrete, Structural Steel, Framing, Siding, Cabinets, Insulation, Roofing, Sheet Metal, Doors, Glazing, Lath & Plaster, Drywall, Tile, Acoustical Ceilings, Flooring, Painting, Signage, Accessories, Countertops, Elevators, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Fire Alarm, Low Voltage, Grading, Paving, Fences and Gates, Landscape, Underground Utilities, and Photovoltaic.

The DVBE participation requirement for the project is 3%.

Pricing Due: 4/4/2025 before 2:00 pm (preferably in the morning). The district is accepting GC proposals until 4/4/25 at 2:00 pm.
