DBE Subs/Suppliers required include but are not limited to: Seismic strengthening of Santa Anita Debris Dam includes, rip rap, embankment construction, outlet tower reconstruction, access road construction, intake structure and control building construction. Subs include, but not limited to Demolition, Clearing & Grubbing, CIDH piling, Pipe lining, MSE wall construction, Construct V-Ditch, Rebar, concrete paving, minor concrete flatwork, minor concrete structures, fence, MBGR, handrail, equipment rental, Electrical, Instrumentation, masonry building, metal roofing, and HVAC. Materials needed erosion control, aggregates, rip rap, concrete, miscellaneous metals, precast concrete, bollards, HDPE pipe, dowels, ductile iron pipe, RCP, fuel tank. Ames Construction, Inc. will work with subcontractors and suppliers to breakdown items into economical feasible packages and to establish delivery/construction schedules to allow for maximum DBE participation.

Ames will require bidder to provide performance and payment bonds for the full amount of the Subcontract values. Costs of the bonds are to be provided as a separate line item. Ames’ Subcontract terms and conditions will apply to any contracts resulting from this request. The Subcontractor, by submission of its bid, agrees to the “Terms and Conditions” including all Exhibits and Attachments of Ames Subcontract Agreement.
