We are seeking quotes for the following items: SWPP Design & Inspections, Storm Water BMP Installation, Grading, Demolition, Concrete, Striping, Asphalt Paving, Site Safety, Underground Utilities, Electrical, Construction Area Signs, Site Clearing, Utility Removal & Capping, Quality Control, Hauling materials, Water Truck, Street Sweeping, & Traffic Control. The project consists of rehabilitation and widening of Green Island Road, along with work on Jim Oswalt Way, Mezzetta Ct, Commerce Blvd, & Hanna Dr. This includes new paving, base replacement, and potential full reconstruction. A key aspect is the upgrade of essential utilities, including the installation of new sanitary sewer services and water mains, as well as modifications to existing systems and the replacement of fire hydrants.

The project will also enhance pedestrian connectivity and accessibility through the reconstruction and installation of new curb, gutter, and sidewalks, including ADA ramps. Furthermore, the work includes the installation of new street lighting & the implementation of new thermoplastic striping, markings, and signage to improve traffic flow & safety. The project also involves storm water management improvements, pavement and landscape restoration. At our discretion, 100% Payment and Performance bonds may be required as a subcontract condition.
