We are seeking quotes for the following items: Utility Disconnects/Re-Routes, Trucking, and Haz Mat Abatement. The project consists of Demolition of existing buildings and foundations including mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm, telecom-data system and associated site work.

At our discretion, 100% Payment and Performance bonds may be required as a subcontract condition. Please call if you need assistance in obtaining bonding, insurance, equipment, materials and/or supplies for this project. Plans and Specs are available via Box link. GBI is willing to breakout any portion of work to encourage DVBE (Hispanic Americans, Black Americans, Native Americans, Asian-Pacific Americans, Subcontinent Asian Americans and Women) participation.
