The City of Gardena â€" GTrans is seeking qualified transit software technology firms to implement a maintenance & asset management software at GTrans’ Administration-Operations and Maintenance Facility located at 13999 S. Western Avenue, Gardena, CA 90249.

Proposers should display the ability to provide a comprehensive solution for the software, including configuration, implementation, training, support, and maintenance. Proposers shall demonstrate to the satisfaction of GTrans that it has the necessary experience, skilled personnel and financial resources to perform the services required under this solicitation. Qualified proposers shall have substantial recent experience in providing similar services on a scale equal or great than what GTrans is requesting and will meet the following requirements:
• Completed five asset and maintenance management system implementations in the last ten years at similar size or larger transit agencies.
• Receive positive references from past clients for quality of work, timely delivery, and fair and equitable handling of change orders and warranty claims.
• Employ, or have the ability to hire, the necessary complement of personnel to complete all work in the specified time.
