We are seeking quotes for the following trades and/or supplies: Underground Tank Removal and Abatement. The scope of work is to remove the 1,000 gallon diesel tank at 100 38th Street Richmond, CA 94805

Any help you can provide in helping us to reach these contractors will be appreciated.

All Subcontractors should be prepared to provide a 100% performance & payment bond from an approved single, US Treasury-listed Surety company, subject to Aztec’s approval. Aztec will reimburse Subcontractors for bond premium rates up to 1.75%.

The decision to bond any Subcontractor is at the sole discretion of Aztec Consultants. Subcontractors awarded any project will be bound by Aztec’s Standard Subcontract form without any modifications. Please contact Aztec for insurance requirements or any other assistance before submitting bids.
