We are seeking General Contractors (Class A) and subcontractors/suppliers to install approximately 6,400 linear feet of 8-inch C900 ductile iron pipe water main, 138 water service replacements, four new water services, eighteen fire hydrants, seven water main tie-ins, abandonment of existing water facilities, site restoration, and asphalt concrete paving. We are seeking underground mechanical contractors, mechanical/piping suppliers, traffic control, erosion control, and asphalt subcontractors. The project site is located in the City of South Lake Tahoe. The work is within the ROW of two residential and commercial neighborhoods. The project is expected to occur between July and October 2025. The project is being funded in part by a California Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Loan. We are seeking participation by Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs).
