Black & Veatch, an internationally recognized engineering, procurement, consulting, and construction firm with over 100 years of experience, is seeking to prequalify subconsulting firms to support the Eastern Municipal Water District Nutrients Master Plan Update project. Our local office in Walnut Creek, CA is currently seeking qualified MBE and WBE firms to join our team.

Interested and qualified firms are invited to submit the following:
• Letter of Interest indicating which discipline (listed below) to be considered for
• Firm Qualifications, including list of current certifications
• Resumes of Proposed Staff (up to two resumes per discipline)
• Project descriptions including reference information (please include two relevant project descriptions per discipline)
We are seeking submittals from small businesses with any of the following areas of expertise (NAICS codes):
• C8707: FEASIBILITY STUDIES
• C8710: ENGINEERING
• C8713: CONSULTANT, ENVIRONMENTAL
• C8765: DRAFTING
