The scope of work includes the construction of a new 19,000-square-foot high school performing arts center and associated site work. We are seeking qualified DVBE subcontractors and vendors for various trades, including but not limited to: demo, earthwork, paving, trucking, concrete suppliers, site utilities, fencing, landscaping, concrete, masonry, structural steel, rough carpentry, roofing, openings, stainless steel wall cladding, flooring, tile, acoustical ceiling, gypsum board, toilet accessories & partitions, painting, signage, dock bumpers, curtains, fixed audience seatings, fire suppressions, plumbing, HVAC, Electrical/Low Voltage, fencing, landscape and irrigation and utilities. This project is subject to prevailing wage requirements.
