We are seeking quotes for all scopes of work on this project.

This project will provide rehabilitation of Runway 16-34, Taxiway A, and the Terminal Apron through the placement of a maintenance overlay. This work will also include pavement dig out repair, drainage pipe installation, aircraft tie-down installation, topsoil placement, seeding, and new pavement markings. The project will provide pavement maintenance to the remainder of the AIP/AIG-eligible pavements at the airport through crack sealing/repair, application of a seal coat, and new pavement markings. Construction is planned to begin in the summer/fall of 2026.

We are preparing a bid for the above referenced project as a General Contractor and are interested in receiving a quote from your firm.

We are seeking quotes for all scopes for the subject project. DBE contractors are strongly encouraged to submit quotes.

Tiger Construction, Ltd will assist DBE Certified subcontractors, vendors, & suppliers in obtaining bonding, lines of credit, insurance, necessary equipment, materials and/or supplies, and general mentoring to maximize participation. If you are a DBE Certified Business please provide your certification letter with your proposal. For all bidders not qualifying as a DBE Certified Business please indicate all lower-tier participation on your quotation as it will be evaluated with your price. In order to assist DBE Certified subcontractors and suppliers, we will divide total requirements into smaller packages, tasks or quantities & establish delivery & construction schedules; at each subcontractors request, which will permit maximum participation when feasible.

Subcontractors will be required to obtain the insurance required by the Prime Contract.
