PHASE ONE: Survey, Right of way (assume permeant easement and taking map), Soil Borings, Geotechnical Report, and Design Alternatives Analysis Report with two alternatives for embankment stabilization plus a third alternative of a solder pile wall.
PHASE TWO: Design of the selected alternative. (70%, 95% & 100% design phases), plans, specifications, cost estimate, and permitting. Answering questions during public bid phase.
PHASE THREE: Design support during construction, answer questions, review shop drawings, attend meetings as needed. After construction, as built plans are to be prepared, signed and sealed by the Consultant Engineer.
