We are seeking 10.4% subcontractor participation for general landscape services inlcuding:

- Mowing (finish cutting walking trails and high-traffic areas, sports fields, playgrounds, rough cutting)
- Edging and trimming
-Debris Removal

The vendor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to offer services for
mowing and various maintenance services for the Central East Region. Vendor must provide verifiable
documentation of a minimum of two (2) years' experience in mowing and/or landscape maintenance work
similar to the work described in this solicitation. Additionally, vendor shall provide these services to Harris
County Precinct One Parks and Recreation Department at designated parks of the Office of Commissioner
Rodney Ellis. Services shall include both rough and finished cuts, depending on the location type.
