Midstate Construction is seeking qualified WBE, MBE, and Section 3 Subcontractors for Almond Gardens Apartments project in Suisun City, CA,

This project will be subject to state and federal prevailing wage. WBE/MBE/Section 3 are encouraged to bid. (25%) of the total hours worked by Section 3 and (5%) of total hours worked by Targeted Section 3 workers.

Bids Due: May 22, 2025 @ 2:00 P.M. to bidroom@midstateconstruction.com

Trades Needed: Including but not limited to concrete, demolition, grading, paving, erosion control, utilities, sealing and striping, fencing, landscaping, retaining walls, structural steel, framing, trusses, insulation, roofing, doors, windows, stucco, scaffolding, drywall, ceiling, carpet, painting, fire protection, HVAC, electrical, low voltage, carport, signage.
