Work consists of construction of an admin addition and modernization, including a new auxiliary gym, basketball courts, team rooms, restrooms, snack bar, additional tennis courts, and related site work.

We are seeking quotes from certified DVBE Subcontractors or Suppliers for Erosion Control, Final Clean, Survey, Demolition, Caulking and Sealants, Concrete, Structural CMU, Steel, Framing, Siding, Cabinets, Waterproofing, Insulation, Roofing, Sheet Metal, Doors, Glazing, Drywall, Tile, Acoustical Ceilings, Flooring, Painting, Signage, Accessories, Countertops, Sports Equipment, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Fire Alarm, Low Voltage, Grading, Paving, Fences and Gates, Landscape, and Underground Utilities.

The DVBE participation requirement for the project is 3%.

Pricing Due: 5/8/2025 before 2:00 pm (preferably in the morning). The district is accepting GC proposals until 5/8/25 at 2:00 pm.
