Project Details

We are seeking quotes for portering services and parking lot mowing services. We are seeking participation for 26% of this contract.

Open Lot/non-irrigated property mowing:

1. Bi-monthly mow designated “open lots & non-irrigated property” March through October and November through February as needed.
2. Trim/edge any areas not accessible by mowers.
3. Maintain the lot in accordance with city ordinances at all times
4. Maintain lot free of trash/debris/dirt/concrete etc.
5. Trees at property lines and alleys will be maintained and pruned to raise low-hanging limbs to a minimum of 8’

-Porter Service (daily M-F)
Contractor shall provide porters to manage and clean the grounds of the Main Campus and Periphery properties including parking lots, garages, driveways, and sidewalks. The contractor shall ensure enough personnel are assigned to each location; one person acting as the porter for multiple properties is not adequate.

1. Service five (5) days a week, Monday through Friday, with porters on site all day. Porter will pay attention to all entry points and valet areas including WA, POB, WCB NL, NM, EC, EF. Valet areas are to be cleared first.
2. Trash removal services will be completed from 6 am to 8 am. All trash receptacles that are exterior to buildings will have liners replaced at Âľ full, exterior will be kept clean and free of stains, and interiors will be kept clean and free of any build-up.
3. Ensure litter/trash/dirt/debris/leaves and cigarette butt removal from each property daily; including turf,
planting beds, hardscapes, docks, streets, parking lots and trash receptacles.
