WE ARE REQUESTING PROPOSALS FOR ALL DESIGN BUILD LANDSCAPING SUBCONTRACTORS INCLUDING SMALL BUSINESSES, WOMEN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES, VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES, AND DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES FOR THE FOLLOWING SCOPES OF WORK:

DESIGN BUILD - LANDSCAPING for the following projects:
- John Madden Football Center
- Plant Science
- Animal Health
- Student Success Center

The goal is to incorporate a qualified design build Landscaping trade partner to provide expertise and guidance while becoming fully integrated into the project teams for each of the respective projects. Each of which has formed a fully aligned core team, with key partners onboarded and teaming expectations and behaviors established, with consensus around program goals and specifics, and with full confidence that it can be realized on this site and for the defined targeted value.


All proposal forms must be submitted to Hensel Phelps Construction Co. (Attn: John Proctor jproctor@henselphelps.com) no later than the date listed above.

The design-build Landscaping trade partner will be contracted directly with Cal Poly under the terms of the Prime Contract(s).
