Crack sealing of existing concrete and asphalt areas, demolition and repaving areas, seal coat of asphalt areas, new concrete paving areas, followed by various playground and court striping atop concrete and asphalt areas. Improvements to bike storage area with ornamental fencing, planting, irrigation, and relocated storage container.
