Arcadis U.S., Inc. is requesting Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) proposals for the State of California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) RFQ for Cost and Schedule Risk Assessment and Financial Plans, District 44 (RFQ 44A0146). Arcadis U.S., Inc. is seeking participation from highly qualified certified DBE firms with previous experience providing services on highway construction, public facilities or similar complex projects. Previous construction support, schedule and estimating on on-call services with Caltrans experience is required. Arcadis U.S., Inc. has identified the following positions made available to DBE firms:
Construction, Estimating and Scheduling/CPM
- PE certification is required
- NHI Course 134205 certification is required
- CSRA experience is highly preferred
