Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) invites qualified vendors to submit proposals for the Advanced Purified Water Facility at American Flat Project Construction Management Services.

Participation by Disadvantaged Business Enterprises in United States Environmental Protection Agency Programs, 40 CFR Part 33
The Recipient recognizes as goals the applicable Minority Business Enterprise (MBE)/Women
Business Enterprise (WBE) “fair share” goals negotiated with EPA by the Division for construction,
supplies, equipment and services as follows:
