Siteworks Construction, Inc. (SCI) is seeking certified MBE/WBE subcontractors, suppliers and truckers for a restoration project located in a segment of Bale Slough �" Bear Creek just west of State Highway 29 in Napa County. The work will consist of demolition, excavation and off-haul of organic material, grading, construction of bio-technical stabilization structures and habitat features, installation of native plants, maintenance and monitoring of installed plantings for a period of three years, and deployment of erosion control measures. Requested quotes include, but are not limited to, the following scopes of work:
CONSTRUCTION AREA SIGNS, HYDRO-SEEDING, EROSION CONTROL, TRUCKING, RIVER LANDSCAPING ENHANCEMENT FEATURES, TEMPORARY IRRIGATION, LANDSCAPING MAINTENANCE, SURVEYING and SWPPP PLANNING, .

The Plans and Specifications may be seen at the office of the Napa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District in Napa, CA. Plans, Special Provisions (excluding State Standard Specifications and other documents included by reference), Proposal Forms and Contract Forms may be obtained by prospective bidders to those licensed by the State of California for the type of work involved electronically at said office or at the project website.

Engineer's Estimate:
$2,566,700

Mr. Mark Turrin (925/284-1437) is the Estimator for this project and is available to provide you with assistance to clarify any questions regarding the scope of work, including interpretation of plans, specifications and requirements, bid preparation and obtaining bonds, lines of credit, insurance and any technical assistance. SCI may also assist in
obtaining any necessary equipment, supplies, materials or related services. (Please note: SCI may require Payment and Performance Bonds on all sub-contracts over $25,000 per Ca. Public Contract Code Sect. 4108. SCI will pay bond premiums up to 1 ½% of contract cost.
