Tullis, Inc. is accepting bid from qualified Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE's) the following Items of work, Contractor Quality Control Program (CQCP), Temporary Erosion and Pollution Control, Pulverize Existing Asphalt Pavement (8 Inch Depth), Full Depth Pavement Sawcut, Removal of Vegetation, Landscaping, and Irrigation, Airfield Electrical Demolition, Airport Safety and Security, Clearing and Grubbing, Excavation, Embankment, Export, Infield Surface Rock - Salvage and Reinstall (3 Inches Thick), Infield Surface Rock - Place Pulverized Material (3 Inches Thick), Owner Authorized Over- Excavation (Contingent), Subgrade Preparation (12 Inches Thick), Subgrade Preparation (6 Inches Thick), Rock Slope Protection - Class 1 (12 Inches Thick), Recycled Asphalt Aggregate Base Course (6 Inches Thick), Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) Pavement Surface Course (3 Inches Thick), Permanent Reflective Airfield Pavement Markings, Permanent Non-Reflective Airfield Pavement Markings, Removal of Pavement Markings, Tie-Down Anchor, "No. 6 AWG, Solid, Bare Copper Counterpoise Wire, Installed above the Duct Bank or Conduit, Including Connections/Terminations", Concrete Encased Electrical Duct Bank, 2-way 2-inch, 48" Minimum Cover, Trucking, Water Trucks, Operated Grinder Rental, Not Limited to The above listed items.

Tullis, Inc. is signatory to the Operating Engineers and Laborers Unions. All subcontractors must hold a valid California contractor's license and maintain appropriate insurance coverage, including workers' compensation, for the duration of the contract. At the discretion of Tullis, Inc., 100% payment and performance bonds may be required.
