City of Gardena's Transportation Department ("GTrans") is issuing this Request for Proposals ("RFP") to obtain the services of a qualified contractor to perform a Comprehensive Operation Analysis (COA) of GTrans current fixed-route and Microtransit services. As well as provide recommendations for service improvements to maximize ridership and provide optimum service with existing and potential future resources.

In order to qualify for evaluation, prospective contractors shall have a minimum of five completed projects of verifiable experience performing similar work in the last ten years at similar or larger bus agencies.
