Scope: Full modernization of building systems, hazmat abatement, seismic improvements to existing shear walls, new exterior windows, roofing & (E) exterior finish repair, interior construction and finishes, accessibility improvements of new bathrooms on every level, and replacement of majority of the fire sprinkler system components in all buildings, and site work.
Please break out Alternates 1-5 on your bid scope.
There are 3 General Contractors who are shortlisted to bid on this project so there may be 3 different bid dates to each GC.

Alten Construction may implement a CCIP (Contractor Controlled Insurance Program) on this or any Project, but you are required to include the cost for all required insurance in your bid.
