Grand Steps Entry Plaza

Children's Playground, Interactive Splash Pad, Lawn Amphitheater and Event Stage, Boardwalk Path (Forest Walk), Central Plaza and Open Space Areas, Restroom/Utility Building, Site Furnishings and Shade Structures, Lighting, Irrigation, and Landscape Planting, Public Art Integration, Demolition of existing features as needed, Accessibility Improvements (ADA compliance)

Work Includes:
Demolition & clearing of existing surfaces

Earthwork & grading

Utility connections and site drainage

Concrete flatwork (plazas, walks, ramps)

Masonry, metals, and structural steel for shade/monument elements

Irrigation systems and planting

Water play systems (splash pad)

MEP for restroom and infrastructure

Site lighting and signage
