We are seeking quotes for trades but not limited to: demolition, sawcutting, sitework, surveying, erosion control, site furnishings, exterior wood framing, metals, steel, landscape, exterior concrete, electrical, plumbing, asphalt, pavement markings, site utilities, brick pavers.

Scope of Work
A schoolyard renovation including the main schoolyard area, two (2) courtyards, and garden
area. The project includes re-designed play courts, resurfacing of existing track and artificial turf field, new play equipment, new seating areas, new outdoor classrooms, renovation of drainage systems, and new bioretention areas including new planting, landscaping and irrigation.

All subcontracts over $300,000 will require performance and payment bonds. All subcontractors must meet prevailing wage requirements, have a valid DIR#, and valid CSLB# at time of bid. Project is subject to a project labor agreement (PLA) that all subcontractors must agree to. Electrical and plumbing subcontractors will need to be prequalified with San Francisco Unified School District.
