Resource Environmental, Inc. is seeking all DVBE subcontractors and suppliers to submit a proposal for the Franklin Elementary School - Nine (9) Classrooms and one (1) Restroom project. This bid is a multi-prime with the scope of work of demolition and abatement in our bid package. Potential trades/suppliers needed include trucking, hazardous waste hauling, equipment rental, and construction materials. The District has a goal of 3% participation of DVBEs.

REI encourages all DVBE subcontractors and suppliers to submit a proposal.

REI is union company signatory to Local Laborers 300. Bonds may be required from all subcontractors with proposals exceeding $100,000. Please provide bond rate with proposal.
