San Juan Water District (District) is seeking professional proposals from qualified and certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) firms to provide Construction Management and Inspection Services for the Kokila Reservoir Replacement Project (Project). The selected firm will be responsible for providing full-time construction management services during the construction of the Project.

Interested DBE firms are encouraged to propose on the Project either as the prime consultant, or as a subconsultant. The Request for Proposals, Plans, and Specifications for the Project may be obtained through the District's online planroom at www.publicpurchase.com or may be examined at the District office, with prior notice to the District's representative (Andrew Pierson, 916-791-6912), located at 9935 Auburn Folsom Road, Granite Bay, CA 95746. Hard copies will not be provided to prospective bidders.

Information regarding insurance requirements is included in the District's Professional Services Contract which is included in the RFP as Appendix A.
