4C Global DBA 4 Creeks Build is seeking bids from all DBE, MBE, WBE, SBE, Small Buisness in Rural Area (SBRA), Labor Surplus Area Firm (LSAF) suppliers, vendor, and subcontractors for WWTP EFFLUENT POND NO. 3 REPAIRS project. The project is to do repair work at an existing wastewater treatment pond. The scope includes but is not limited to earthwork, piping, concrete, rebar, liner, piping, equipment, and fencing.
